Workplace Culture and Innovation
The Faculty of Life Sciences had organized a Guest Lecture on “Workplace Culture and Innovation” under the banner ‘Leader of the Week’ on 9.12.2021. The speaker of the event was Mr. Ashish Mittal, Group – CHRO, Sreenidhi Educational Group, Hyderabad, India. The main objective of the program was to make students and faculty members aware of the workplace culture and innovation in the Life Science corporate world. Prof. (Dr.) Arunava Das, Dean and Head, Faculty of Life Sciences welcomed the guest. During the lecture Mr. Ashish Mittal thoroughly discussed workplace culture, ideal qualities of employee and current innovation in the HR policies in the corporate world. Dr. Ashish Warghane, Associate Professor, Faculty of Life Sciences introduced the speaker and delivered the vote of thanks.
