Objective: 

To understand importance of Goal setting and learning to groom in the professional world. The  session was organized to maintain an equilibrium between social and professional etiquettes and to  well behave in the organizational world.

Profile: The Guest speaker was Mr. Anil Sharma (Trainer, Motivator, Speaker , Mentor) Department of Career Development Cell, Mandsaur University. He has experience of 22 years to train  the students to be highly motivated , positive and goal oriented, with demonstration of professional  behavior and various formats of selection procedure. His areas of expertise are coordination,  dynamism, teamwork abilities, open and ready to learn and practice new learning techniques.

Session Detail: 

“Grooming & Goal Setting Session” was organized for first year students under  AARAMBH on 26-28 April 2022. 

∙ We planned the session in Three batches, One days for each batch. Batch details are  mentioned below:

⮚ Etiquettes and language both affect your success and professional image in the workplace.  Whether professional or business casual your behavior sets standards of acceptance.  Etiquettes at or above expectations conveys professionalism and respect for the employer  and your colleagues. Using appropriate language also affects your reputation. 

⮚ As we know that English is the most commonly spoken language in the world. One out of  five people can speak or at least understand English. English is the language of science, of  aviation, computers, diplomacy, and tourism. ⮚ It is also the official language of 53 countries. It is a first spoken language by around 400  million people around the world.
