Brief description/ RemarkZumba fitness Dance targets lots of different muscle groups at once for total body toning. Boosts heart health, not only get aerobic benefits also get anaerobic benefits – the   kind that helps us to maintain a good cardiovascular respiratory system. Outreach Fitness Club has organized a training session on Zumba fitness dance for students of Mandsaur University on 14th May 2022 at 3:30pm in GYM, Campus-1, M.U. The session was leading by Dr. L. Shila Devi, Club organizer of OFC, M.U. The main objective of Zumba Dance is an interval workout. The classes move between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. The session was attended by around 25 students from different departments.

Outcome: Zumba is a great alternative to traditional fitness programs. Maintain a good cardiovascular respiratory system, Great for weight loss, Boosts your heart health, Helps you de-stress. Improves coordination, Makes you happy.
