Spandan 2k23’ is a techno cultural extravaganza aimed at heightening the professional knowledge and skills of the students aspirants by providing them with an enlightening platform to showcase their talents and skills, blended with an interactive platform with technical, industrial and corporate experts.
 
This multi-disciplinary mega event will provide dynamic, diverse, social and cultural environment for the all young, creative and innovative minds, aspirants, investigators, industrial persons, scientists, researchers, faculty members, school students to expose their work through various technical, non-technical and cultural events and competitions like ideathon, hackathon,roborace, decoding, short film, build from waste, plenary talks, paper presentations, connections (fun event), marketing & selling, poetry writing & recitation, sports and games, dancing, singing and many more. Winners will be bestowed with many exciting awards and Cash Prizes.
 
One of the major attractions of ‘Spandan 2k23’ is the two days Conference on “National Conference on Emerging Trends in Science, Technology and Management (NCETSTM-2k23)”. Eminent scientists, leading industrialists and distinguished professors from reputed research institutes & laboratories, industries and universities will deliver the key note address in conference arena and will interact with the participants. Original research papers will be invited for oral /poster presentations under themes like AI, data science, quantum computing, block chain management, network and cyber security, cloud computing, robotics, drone, industrial automation, EV technology, alternative energy, constructions, healthcare, functional food and neutraceutical, forensic sciences etc.

Brief description – Design of wireless Robo within the specified dimensions that can be operated manually and can travel through all turns of the track. The robot that will complete the specified task in the least time will be the winner. Think innovative to design your robot that can overcome any obstacle-big or small in the least of time

Hawaizaada (Drone Competition)

Name of Industry Expert as Judge – Mr.Ram Kumar (Garuda)

Brief description – Aerial Drone Competition is played on an Arena of 50’x50’ field, , Arena comprises of arch and keyholes gates . Each team has to clear the arena in minimum time and end the game by landing on the landing pad (Archery Pad). All drone commands are precoded by the team, with no pilots allowed. 

Electromania

Brief description – Electromania is the activity/event based on designing of electrical circuits on printed circuit board. Students will fabricate the circuit with a specific application within the given time frame. It’s a platform for students to display their talents. While all of us are studying the theory of engineering, we seldom get an opportunity to work on applications. Without working on the applications of electrical and electronics engineering, the field will seem dry and meaningless. Electromania helps students showcase their talents and helps them to think.

Brief description – Biz fest is a management game of three rounds which is related to identification and recognizing of the brands and their products. Round 1: Product’s Brand Identification; Round 2: Logo and Punch-line Recognizing; Round 3: Famous Personality Picture ; Rules: 1. There will be 5-7 teams of 3-5 candidates in each team. 2.First and second round will be buzzer round. 3. Final round will provide chance to all the remaining teams. 4. Participants should bring institute’s ID card along with them at the time of registration and must report on the scheduled time.

Brief description – The Ad- Mad Show “Where creativity meets madness” About the event The Ad Mad Show competition is an opportunity to bring out individual and collective talent of the students participating in it. The idea behind conducting this competition is to provide a platform to participants to explore their creativity and stage presence skills. It is expected from students that they should get equipped with the knowledge of Ad-making and execution of it live. Participants are suggested that their Ad should contain the essentials of Advertisement, i.e. Clarity, provoking in nature, creativity, appeal, & simplicity.

Business Plan Competition

Brief description – Participants will be challenged to conceive a novel business (product, solution, service) idea which can be developed into a commercial startup venture. The novel idea can either be a fresh innovation or an improvement over an existing product, solution or service. The participants will be expected to present a business plan to convince an independent jury on the value and potential of their business plan. A comprehensive, feasible and viable business plan is required along with creativity in presentation.

Ring-A-Bottle

Ring toss is a common classical game but the fun and excitement is always intact. You will need few bottles or cans of cold drinks and few rings. Rings are tossed around the bottles from marked distance. And the thrower will get that bottle, if successful.

Pyramid Toss

Pyramid toss is a soft ball game, where you need to dismantle a pyramid of fifteen glasses. All you need to have 15 paper glass or empty canes to make a pyramid and three soft balls. Every player will be given three chances and if he or she completely knock off all fifteen glasses, he or she is a winner and can earn prizes.

Football Toss

You just need a handmade football golf post with the help of a tyre and a foam ball. Players will be given three chances to make a goal through this tyre from a certain distance. If you have fewer participants, you may divide them into two teams and the team doing more goals will get a prize.

Feed The Clown

Draw a cutout of clown’s face and cut a hole at his mouth’s place. You just need three foam balls more and are all set for this fun game. Player need to feed the clown by throwing a ball into his mouth from a certain distance. Player with all three successful feeds will get a prize.

Hoopla / Toss the Ring

The most common and most attention seeking game as chances of winning are very high plus you can target your preferred prize. Players are given set of three rings and they need to target the displayed prizes from a certain distance and if the ring fits over the prize, they win this prize.

Spin the Wheel

Balloon Pop

GAME INSTRUCTIONS

GAME SETUP :

Twenty numbered balloons are randomly filled, 10 with a money amount and 10 with a peruna. Then      one of those balloons is replaced with a horned frog.

GAME PLAY :

Player selected an unpopped balloons to pop . If the balloon contains a money to previously accumulated values.

If the balloon contains a horned frog, the player’s money is reset to 0, but play countinues.

If the balloons contains Peruna, the player’s Peruna count is incremented.

Player continues to pop balloons until four Perunas have been popped. Player wins the accumulated amount at that time.
