Brief description / remarks:

Education is the process of receiving or giving systematic instruction, especially at a school or university. Students gain knowledge and upgrade their skills by using the concepts which they newly learned from their respected educational institutes. There are various educational techniques by which educators deliver the lessons to the students; organizing an educational tour is one of them. Educational tours play an important role in educating students in a practical and interesting manner. It is the natural fact that something that is seen in real can be easily perceived than something that we simply read in a book and memorize theoretically.  As the teacher and philosopher, Confucius famously quoted, “I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand.” The idea of educational tour is to built around the practice of experiential learning.

Total 33 students had visited to the ‘Shree Nat Nagar Shodh Sansthan, Sitamau’,for the tour. We had started our journey at 9:30 am from Mandsaur University and reached our destination at 10:15 am. There we had got this valuable chance to visit this self contained and renowned institution which has been highly spoken by many eminent historians. This library gives clear imprints of valuable and worthy efforts of Dr. Raghubir Singh. In this tour students were assigned with various responsibilities to ensure their active participation. When students were made members of various committees such as attendance, refreshment, discipline and organizing committee and given their respective charges, they had taken care of their given responsibilities and put them  up beautifully.

To take attendance of students Ajay Rathore and Pooja Patidar from I Sem were given responsibility. To manage breakfast and lunch, Shubham and Tejmal fron III Sem were given responsibility. To ensure disciplined and peaceful trip, responsibility for discipline was given to Anjali, Gunjan Sisodiya, Nilesh Rathore and Radheshyam Patidar.  Laxita Jhala and Sanyogita Parihar had beautifully organized and managed the whole arrangement which gave a beautiful and memorable experience to all of us. This trip was organized under the guidance of Mrs. Meeta Parikh, Assistant professor, Mandsaur University, Mandsaur.
