Brief description/ RemarkThe Swiss ball, also known as an exercise ball or a gym ball. It is a training aid aimed primarily at the stretching and strengthening of the abdominal, groin, lumbar (lower) back, and upper leg muscles of the body. The development of these structures is often referred to as the building and maintaining of core strength, an important stabilizing feature in any sport and fitness program. Outreach Fitness Club has organized a training session on Swiss ball training for students of Mandsaur University on 7th May 2022 at 3pm in GYM, Campus-1, M.U. The training session was given by Dr. L. Shila Devi, Club organizer and in charge and Mr. Ayush Trivedi, coordinator of OFC, M.U. The main objective of the activity is to strengthen muscles, improve body balance and flexibility to remain physically and mentally healthy. In that session 35 students were participated from different departments.

Outcome: Stretching and strengthening of the abdominal, groin, lumbar (lower) back, and upper leg muscles of the body, improve body balance, flexibility and improve strength
