Name of the Event: World Pharmacist day celebration
Department of Pharmacy, (B. R. Nahata College of Pharmacy), Mandsaur Celebrated World Pharmacist day on 25.09.2019. In this, year theme of the program was Safe and effective medicines for all.
Dr. Amit Kumar Jain Dean and Principal, B R Nahata College of Pharmacy, Mandsaur University, Mandsaur welcomed all the guest and dignitaries. He focused importance of pharmacist for safe and effective medicine and it should be available for all. Dr. Shailendra Sharma, Honorable Vice Chancellor, MU and Dr. Amit K Jain Principal, BRNCOP, flag off the awareness rally.
During the event student of the pharmacy department performed “Flash Mob” and “Pharma Rally” for awareness of “Safe and effective medicines for all” at prominent places like BPL Chouraha and Gandhi Chouraha, Mandsaur. They emphasized on Food-Drug Interaction, Patient Counseling and Side effects of the self medication.
Some Alumni of First batch graced the event with their effective presence. All the faculty members and staff were actively participated and made the event successful. Traffic police personnel managed the traffic and Local media persons covered the event very nicely.
