MoU Between INFLIBNET and Mandsaur University

This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is made and entered into on 15 (Day) 06 (Month) 2019 (Year) between the Information and Library Network Centre, an IUC of University Grants Commission located at Gandhinagar,hereinafter referred to as “INFLIBNET” and Mandsaur University.

This Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) defines responsibilities, liabilities and commitments of the institutions involved to ensure proper system implementation, to meet the objectives pertaining to submission and access to Electionic Theses and Dissertations.
