Goals of this agreement:

1. Extending the expertise in common academic and research endeavors through discussions,
   research programs, internships, trainings, projects, dissertation, webinars/seminars, conferences,
   FDPs, SDPs, other technical events related to entrepreneurship, skill development and biology.
2. This MoU supports on the mutual growth of both the parties and their affiliated organizations
   through all possible means.
3. Both parties agree that the financial obligations or commitments if any, will be discussed
   mutually before the work to be performed. The confidential informations discussed/disclosed
   would be maintained and would be approved through written before disclosure.
4. The success of this agreement will be evaluated every 3 years. Decision on contination of the
   agreement will be taken accordingly.
