Hiring flow: for position 1 and 2 and 3:

1.     Online test  – Programming – 90 Mins ( Students can code in any programming language)

2.     Hackathon – Part A – Online Programming Test – 3 Hours  ( Students can code in any programming language)

3.     Hackathon Part B – Programming Round – Discussion based – Duration 1 day

4.     Systems and Cultural Interview – Google meets

CTC – UI_FP / SDE – FP : INR 13 – 15 LPA

CTC – Product Engineer : INR 11 LPA

2. Learnathon – Learn-a-thon will be a two day discussion based round which will be based on problem solving, logical, analytical abilities, and working around problem statements through coding/ discussing, deriving formulas from the codes. (we will be sharing learning material for the same in advance) or – Analytical round ( learning material will be shared)

The Datathon will be a discussion based round which will be based on problem solving, logical, analytical abilities, and around building a dashboard (we will be sharing learning material).

Please note: 

– The shortlisted candidates will be hired as Interns for Six months (if possible can be extended to 8-12 months) and will be converted to full time completely on     the basis of their performance (work performance). 

–  Internship stipend will be INR 30,000 per month for Position 1 and Position 2 and INR 20,000 for position 3, 4 &5.
