“Interview Readiness Workshop”

Mandsaur University organized a session named “Interview Readiness Workshop” under AAROHAN on 12-13 April 2018 for third year students. Speakers of the session were Prof. Vikas Raghuwanshi (TPO, Campus-I), Dr. Vishal Soni (TPO, Campus-II) and Ms. Amiya Shukla (TPO, Gujrat region). The purpose of session was to emphasize on building self-esteem, employability skills, job search techniques, career exploration, resumes, interviewing and job success skills which help to obtain and sustain employment.

The following key points were explained to crack any type of interview:

• Provide Uniqueness to your CV
• Stuff to Bring to an Interview
• Social networking
• Be Neatly Groomed and Dress Formally
• Arrive early at the Venue
• Dos and Don’ts during Interview
• Gesture, Posture and Professional Etiquettes
• Confidence and Presence of Mind
• Be Honest & Flexible
• Never ditch the organization after accepting the Job

At the end of the session students were addressed by Dr. Shailendra Sharma, Vice Chancellor, Mandsaur University. The whole event was successfully conducted by Prof. Shuchi Shah, I/C AARAMBH & AAROHAN.
