Guest Lecture on Format of Writing Scientific Report

A guest lecture on “Format of Writing Scientific Report” was successfully held on 6 May 2019 at the Faculty of Life Sciences. The Guest speaker was Dr. Avinash Marwal, from Mohanlal Sukhadiya University, Udaipur, Rajasthan. In the beginning Dr. Marwall discussed each & every step to write a paper in a very simple manner. He also discussed about plagiarism and gave information about the software used to detect plagiarism. The session included guidance on systematic approach towards writing a research paper, exploring and identifying problems and difference between research article, review article, full format paper, and short format paper. The session was ended with a vote of thanks by HOD Dr. Shekhar Jain.

The session was interactive and student inputs were appreciated. Students as well as faculty members benefited by the information provided by Dr. Marwal. Information shared by Dr. Marwal surely helpful for the faculty of Life Sciences.
