About First Convocation Ceremony

First convocation of Mandsaur University will be held on March 19, 2023 at Mandsaur University, Mandsaur.

University is organizing convocation for the students who pass out up to the year 2020. Only those students who pass out till June 2020 and qualified for award of degree can apply for convocation.

Important Instructions for registration

  • University is organizing convocation for the students who pass out up to the year 2020. Only those students who pass out till June 2020 and qualified for award of degree can apply for convocation.
  • Last date of application is  31st January 2023. The student has to fill up an online Application form before the last date.
  • The candidate has to pay the convocation fee of  3000 INR  through the online application form. Payment amount is not refundable.
  • Please fill the online application form carefully. After submission of application form, no correction/change is possible.
  • Please provide your enrollment number, name, course, pass out year exactly as per the final semester/year marksheet.
  • Students have to fill the personal, academic and examination related Information correctly in the application form and verify.
  • University will send all communications through email. Kindly write your own and active email only. University shall not be responsible in the case of incorrect or any other person’s email address.
  • Students have to provide the present and correct correspondence address, Please note that in case of absentia, the degree certificate will be sent at your correspondence address after completion of Convocation. 
  • University shall not be responsible in the case of incorrect correspondence address.
