Brief description / remarks:
Cameras have the ability to see everything. They can see down into the depths of the ocean, and also up, millions of miles into space. Furthermore, they capture moments of time and freeze them for later enjoyment. These devices revolutionized the way people perceived the world. We humans are emotional. Life is bringing out in us the finest and the worst. And through the feelings, all that goes out. The best way to record these feelings is to take photographs. And it becomes pictures as quickly as the feelings are caught in a photograph. Some of our greatest experiences are actually from pictures.
Department of Journalism and Mass Communication, Mandsaur University has organized a workshop on “Camera operation and techniques” and to share her expertise Mrs. Arun Jaiswal (Assistant professor, DJMC) was presented as keynote speaker. During this session, the students learned about the basic of camera, DSLR operation, camcorder operation, camera shots and camera movement etc.
Outcome:
During this session, the students learned about the camera, DSLR operation, camcorder operation, camera shots and camera movement etc. Now students will be aware of the basics of the camera and will be able to operate DSLRs and video cameras.
