69th Republic Day Celebration
Mandsaur University celebrated its second Republic Day after emergence of the University which was 69th celebration of Republic Day of India. The function was celebrated in campus I of the university centrally including Mandsaur International School. On this occasion, Shri Narendra Ji Nahata, Honorable Chancellor, hoisted the National Flag and accepted the salute and guard of honour.
The Chancellor, in his Republic Day speech, motivates students and said “All should understand the importance of unity in their life”. He pointed out that the students should feel proud to be “Indians” and being a citizen of a largest Democratic country.
A variety of cultural programmes mesmerized the audience. The celebration continued with song and dance competitions and speeches that reminded the students of the sacrifices made by the freedom fighters. The program was followed by a symposium entitled “AAYAM”. MIS students beautifully organized an Art Exhibition in which paintings, crafts and various artifacts were exhibited.
