Mandsaur University organized SPIC-MACAY (Society for Promotion of Indian Classical Music and Culture among youth) concert of Vocal Performance by National Award Winner Shri Bhuvanesh Komkali, Shri Pawan Sem (Tabla) and Shri Deepak Khasrawal (Harmonium) in Campus – I on 15th September, 2018. In the concert, Shri Bhuvanesh Komkali a renowned vocal artist (grandson of Pt. Kumar Gandharva) unfolded the true Indian classical performances starting from a famous Bandish ‘सांवरा म्हारे प्रीत निभाजो जी…’
On this occasion, Shri Bhuvanesh Komkali shared his thoughts that music has no boundary and it is itself a complete language of expressing your emotions, views and thoughts. He appreciated the audience of Mandsaur University for their positive presence and thoroughly enjoying the essence of music.
Executive Chairman Shri Rahul Nahta highlighted the magnitude of music and appreciated the performances of the artists. Shri Rahul Nahta along with Vice Chancellor Dr. Shailendra Sharma honored the artists with a shawl, shreephal and memento as a token of remembrance. Students of Mandsaur University Pallavi and Kusum proposed the vote of thanks. The event ended with remarkable performance (a bhajan) by Shri Komkali with his team and it was meticulously appreciated by the spectators.
