Brief description : : One day Workshop on Natural Language Processing Using AI was organized by the department of Mechanical Engineering through online mode via Google Meet on 23rd April 2021. The objective of this workshop is to provide a platform for learning new trends and technologies that are emerging using the Artificial intelligence. Since the topic is multidisciplinary in nature, it has drawn the participants from across India. Approximately 200 students from all department along with their faculty & research scholars from engineering colleges across India participated in this workshop. Head of the Department Dr Ravi Kumar welcomed the Guest Speaker and the participants. He said that there is an ample opportunity available for students in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence and it is going to rule the job market. He also said that there are many tailor-made courses available after graduation to make a career in Data science and AI. The coordinator of this workshop Mr. Soumya Bhattacharjee shared his experiences of learning the natural language processing and motivated the participants. The resource person Mr. Mr. Sujeet Pandey is working as Senior Software Engineer in Decision Resource Group, Bangalore engaged the participant for the whole day. In the fore noon session, it was introduction and the search techniques explanation by ppt mode and videos. He explained the implementation of several major approaches to classical planning, including planning graphs. Some of the key topic that were cover in this workshop are What is all about the natural language processing, How Does Natural Language Processing Work, Various challenges of Natural Language Processing different examples in natural Language Processing Natural Language Processing with anaconda (An open-source software) Natural Language Processing (NLP) Tutorial. The program ended with the vote of thanks.
