MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
BETWEEN
MANDSAUR UNIVERSITY
CENTRE FOR MOLECULAR BIOLOGY RESEARCH

The agreement made and entered into on 23 day of October 20 19 between “MANDSAUR
UNIVERSITY” situated at Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh, lndia and “CENTRE FOR
MOLECULAR BIOLOGY RESEARCH” situated at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India

OBJECTIVE OF THE MOU
The main objective of the MOU is to promote collaboration between Mandsaur University and
Centre for Molecular Biology Research in mutually beneficial areas.

  1. PROPOSED MODE OF COLLABORATION
    Mandsaur University and Centre for Molecular Biology Research propose to collaborate
    througha. Sponsoring internship for MANDSAUR UNlVERSlTY students.
    b. Organizing the guest lectures for students of Mandsaur University through CMBR experts.
    c. Utilization of CMBR facilities as per requirement.
    d. Any other appropriate mode of interaction agreed upon between Mandsaur University and
    Centre for Molecular Biology Research (CMBR) .
  2. EFFECTIVE DA TES AND AMENDMENTS
    a. This MOU shall take effect upon signing by both Parties and shall remain in effect for a
    period of Five (5) years from that date unless earlier tem1inated. Neither party may assign or
    transfer all or any portion of this MOU without the prior written consent of the other party.
    b. The MOU may be renewed at the end of this period by mutual written agreement by both
    Parties.
    c. The provisions of this MOU may only be amended or waived by mutual written agreement by
    both Parties.
    d. Any Party may terminate this MOU and any related agreement for any reason by giving thirty
    (30) days prior written notice to the other Party.

  3. RELATIONSHIP
    Nothing in this MOU shall be constructed to make either party a partner an agent or legal
    representative of the other for any purpose. This MOU shall bear no legal binding.
  4. SIGNED IN DUPLICATE
    By signing below, the parties, acting by their duly authorized officers, have caused this
    Memorandum of Understanding to be executed effective as of the day and year first above
    written.
