Resource person Name: Mr. Niroop Polagani have very rich cultural and tour experience, is also associated with the travel industry for the past 5 years and has worked as tour manager for 3 years. He even travelled all over India on his Royal Enfield bike, he even trekked to Kedernath Temple on foot from Gaurikund, Uttarakhand.

Department of Tourism & Hospitality Mandsaur University, organized a Guest Lecture on 22nd December, 2021. The meeting started with the introduction of the guest Mr. Niroop Polagani, who is Traveler, bike rider and currently he is a venture capitalist. He has interacted with the current students and explained the present scenario of the industry and what are the skills expecting by the recruiter, his real time experiences during his solo travel on Royal Enfield all around India i.e., from Kashmir to Kanyakumari and from Dwarka to Silchar, about his view on the India he saw, skills required for long rides on bike, basic things to carry while doing solo trip on bike, the expenditure for the travelling all around India on bike. Students have asked their doubts regarding the future of the course and their opportunities in the industry.
